M.Video is Russia’s largest consumer-electronics retailer, offering a comprehensive line-up of over 20,000 products in 144 cities and 38 online stores.

Spindrift was tasked with transforming M.Video into a digital-first company, complete with an omnichannel vision and roadmap — the first of its kind in Russia.

M.Video’s legacy website consisted of various microsites and approximately 160 regional sites, each differing in terms of pricing and assortment. We delivered a web platform that resulted in easy multi-site management through a single interface using Spindrift Site Builder®.

Our omnichannel solution revamped M.Video’s business and IT infrastructure, implemented a scalable Oracle Commerce platform and created an instantly recognisable branded website, with a modern, responsive design.

We provided M.Video with the tools, business processes and training it needed to define, build, and educate its teams — increasing efficiency and promoting self-sufficiency.
